IM Conversations
That's the basics. So far, so good.
Please Close the Instant Message.

The instant messages, chat, and Lync activities are all saved as Conversations. Say someone posted a link to a website during the chat that you need to review. You can find that IM and open it again, if you wish.

6. Try It: Find the Conversations
Lync is still open and online.
Click on Conversations.



What Do You See? By default, ALL of the Conversations are shown. You can filter the Conversations to show only MISSED activities or just the CALLS.

What Else? You can open the Conversation and review the message.
